Gull Meadow Farms

Today was such a beautiful fall day that we HAD to take advantage of it. After I picked the boys up from school we drove out to Gull Meadows. I LOVE cider and donuts...they were all out of cider though :( Oh well...I made up for it by having an extra donut.

Carter joined us...she also has two boys (both in the boys' classes) and one girl (a year older than Aspen). The kids all had a blast together. I love watching how my boys interact with kids that I don't really know versus how they act when they are just hanging with me. All I can say is...having four boys would be CRAZY. We went apple picking first...probably a bad idea. They had A LOT of energy and the poor apples got most of it. I swear, apples were everywhere. After a staff came and yelled at them they settled down...a little.
It's amazing how much they love to eat apples they pick themselves.

It's hard to eat an apple with no front teeth ;)

I was much calmer when we were back in pumpkin lane (I HATE it when my kids misbehave in public). After the Magnell's left, the kids and I decided to conquer the corn maze. The boys did such a great job...they pretty much lead the entire way. I loved hearing their "turn right mom, now left, right again." My boys are little people now :( The highlight of our adventure for me was when all the kids wanted a picture with me. I was taking so many pictures of just them when Nicholas decided, "Hey Mom, we need to take a picture of YOU." That melted my heart. It took lots of tries for each of them to take a good picture...bodies and heads were missing in most of them.

My FAVOITE picture of the day...I don't have nearly enough of these.
